Dailey’s currently provides delivery services within Keningau Town (Residential Area) only.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery time frame selected during checkout.

4. Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are available from Monday to Saturday only.
No deliveries will be made on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Delivery slots are subject to availability.
5. Delivery Time
We will do our best to deliver your order within your selected delivery time frame. However, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
Dailey’s shall not be held responsible for delays caused by these situations.
6. Delivery Address Changes
Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are correct before placing your order.
Changes to delivery address, date, or time after order confirmation may result in additional charges or delays.
7. Receiving Your Order
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the selected delivery time.
If no one is available during delivery, our team may contact you to arrange a re-delivery or alternative solution. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery requests.
8. Self-Pickup
Customers who select the self-pickup option may collect their orders at the designated pickup location provided by Dailey’s.
Customers will be notified once the order is ready for collection.
9. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. In the event an item is unavailable, we may contact you regarding replacement, refund, or order adjustment options.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders that have already been processed or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation.
Dailey’s reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or unforeseen circumstances.
